1. Cut panels in various sizes

Để cắt được với ván có nhiều kích thước thì cần làm các thao tác sau:

Step 1: Create an Excel file contain the DC panels.

This file must be named stock_boards.xlsx and must include the columns as shown in the image below.

To make it simple, you can download the sample file “stock_boards.xlsx” from the website by clicking the link shown in the image below:

Grain direction is specified according to the wood grain value.

Then place it in the same folder as the parts to be optimized with the stock boards, as shown in the image:

Step 2: Zip the folder and run Nesting on Woodsoft Nesting

LikeRun Nesting and Export File

The returned Zip file will contain a "stock_boards.xlsx" file, in which the quantity of used stock boards has already been subtracted.

The returned Zip file will contain folders corresponding to each type of stock board listed in the "stock_boards.xlsx" file.

Select Preview on Woodsoft Nesting to visually inspect how the parts are arranged on the stock boards.
